Just Go directly to Your Friend's wall and RIGHT CLICK the "Suggest Friends" (found in the lower left side of their wall.) select "Copy Link Location" or

Go directly to a Page wall and RIGHT CLICK the "Subscribe via RSS" (found in the lower left side of their wall.) select "Copy Link Location"

...and COPY the id# found in that Link. That's your friend's wall id# and/or a Page wall id#.
